Progress sync uses Apple or Google services, depending on your device. Quietmill operates the Daily Deal ranking through Cloudflare. Sharing completed games to improve the AI is a separate, optional choice; those contributions have no name, account or stable player identifier.
AutoReply Guard reads each request's summary and description to classify it. It stores one decision record per request in Forge storage inside Atlassian, holding the outcome and the matched wording or message excerpt shown in the details. It stores protected requester account IDs, and the account ID and sometimes display name of the teammate who acted. Excerpts can contain personal information, and there is no separate email archive.
History records are removed after 30 days, or 180 days on Advanced.

Some public pages use GoatCounter to count aggregate page views. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and it is not built into our apps. We use the totals to learn which documentation is useful, not to follow individual visitors around the web.
If you email Quietmill, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer the message, investigate the issue and keep a reasonable support record. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles or rent data to anyone.
